3. Ordering and Payment

By placing an order, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.

• Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other methods displayed at checkout.
• All sales are subject to applicable state and local taxes.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. WEIRDTOO is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

Risk of loss and title for physical products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Our return policy:

• Physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in original condition and packaging.
• Defective or incorrectly shipped items will be replaced or refunded at no cost to you.
• Custom / personalized orders are non-refundable unless defective.
• Digital services are non-refundable once delivered unless otherwise stated in the service agreement.

6. Warranties

Hotspot devices and physical products include a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Warranty terms vary by product; please refer to the product page or contact us for details.
